How the Competition Swim Clinic Can Improve the Year Round Swimmer’s Summer Speed

Most USA Swimming Clubs, as is their calling, focus on endurance swimming and longer sprint or distance events. However, in the summer swim season, year-round club swimmers are called upon to do nothing more than short sprints.

Because the Competition Swim Clinic focuses entirely on sprint racing skills and the “CORE SPEED” elements of summer swimming, we are a terrific skill supplement that is completely compatible with USA Club swimming programs.
